Shipping & Payment Guide
At Tashi Turquoise, we aim to provide clear shipping information from checkout through delivery. We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on eligible orders to supported destinations.
1. Shipping Availability & Cost
- Standard Shipping: Free on eligible orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
- Available shipping destinations are determined by the delivery options shown during checkout.
- If a shipping method is unavailable for a destination, the order cannot be completed for that address using that shipping method.
2. Processing & Delivery Estimates
- Order Processing: Orders are typically prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days.
- Estimated Transit: International delivery typically takes approximately 10–20 business days after shipment.
- Delivery times are estimates and may be longer because of destination, carrier operations, customs processing, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.
3. Order Inspection & Dispatch
Before dispatch, we inspect the item and confirm the order details and shipping information. Once the order has shipped, available tracking information will be sent to the email address provided with the order.
4. Tracking & Delivery Issues
- Tracking: Tracking details will be provided by email when available after shipment.
- Delivery Issues: If your package has not been delivered within 35 days after shipment, please contact us so we can review the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

Prices are displayed in USD. Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary depending on location and payment availability.
