1. Global Reach & Costs

  • Standard Shipping: FREE (Site-wide, no minimum spend required).
  • Premium Insurance: Included at no extra cost to protect your natural gemstones during transit.
  • We provide international delivery to most countries. However, due to logistical restrictions, we currently cannot ship to: Philippines, Indonesia, Cuba, Iran, Sudan, Syria.

2. Delivery Timeline (Preparation + Transit)

  • Craftsmanship & Prep (2-5 business days): Each piece undergoes a final ritual of cleansing and professional inspection before leaving our hands.
  • Global Transit (10-20 business days): Typically takes 10-20 days. (Note: For South America and the Russian Federation, please allow over 30 days due to complex regional customs processing.)

3. Our Signature "Dual-Stage" Quality Journey

To guarantee the authenticity and condition of your turquoise, we employ a meticulous two-stage process:
  • From the Mountain: Your amulet is first securely transported from our highland workshop to our international dispatch studio.
  • Final Documentation: Before its global flight, our specialists conduct a final quality check. During this stage, we will capture HD photos of your actual item and send them to your email, allowing you to verify your unique piece before it departs.

4. Peace of Mind Guarantee

  • Tracking: You will receive step-by-step tracking updates via email to monitor your package's journey.
  • Arrival Protection: If your package is not delivered within 35 days of shipment, contact us. We will provide a full refund or a priority replacement at our expense.
