Returns & Our Covenant

At TashiTurquoise, we believe your amulet should resonate with your soul. If you feel the connection is not quite right, we are here to help.

1. 14-Day Mindful Returns & Exchanges

  • If you feel a different stone calls to you, or you wish to part with your amulet, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving it.
  • To preserve the sacred purity of the piece for its next destined keeper, the amulet must be returned entirely unworn, bearing no physical or energetic traces of use. It must remain in its original, untouched condition alongside its traditional cedarwood packaging.
  • As a mindful brand, we ask that customers cover the shipping costs for returns or exchanges. Once the amulet is received and its purity verified by our team, a full refund or the shipment of your new piece will be gently processed.
  • (Note: To honor the journey of the stones, returns and exchanges are strictly not accepted beyond this 14-day window.)

2. One-of-a-Kind & Antique Collection

Each piece in our One-of-a-Kind collection is a soul that cannot be replicated. Time has already shaped its form — our role is to preserve, not to perfect.
  • For this reason, these creations are final sale.
  • We encourage thoughtful selection; our team will gladly assist with extra photos or videos before your purchase.
  • Thank you for honoring the spirit of things that exist only once.

3. Craftsmanship & The Journey (Why We Don't Offer Repairs)

We meticulously inspect every amulet before it leaves our workshop. If your piece arrives with a structural craftsmanship flaw, please contact us within 7 days of receipt for a return or replacement.

(Please note: the natural porous texture and dark matrix lines of the turquoise are the earth's fingerprints, not flaws.)
Beyond this initial arrival, we view your Tibetan turquoise amulet as a living record. As it accompanies you, the handmade silver will naturally oxidize and bear the subtle marks of your life, while the porous stone will deepen its hue. These are not damages; they are the physical proof of your unique journey and the amulet's protection.
Because we believe in honoring this intimate, natural transformation, we do not offer re-polishing, silver soldering, or repair services. We invite you to embrace every scratch and color shift as a beautiful part of your ongoing covenant with the stone.
